Product Manager

About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager with both technical understanding and market insight to be fully responsible for the full lifecycle management of MIM/CIM precision parts products. You will deeply connect with the needs of global top customers, lead product definition, technical solution formulation, new product introduction and market promotion, collaborate with cross-departmental teams including R&D, production, sales and procurement, promote the implementation of products from concept to mass production, and continuously optimize product performance and cost to enhance the company's product competitiveness in niche markets. Responsibilities Create business models and analyze competitive landscape Develop and monitor data-driven analytics Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives Qualifications 3-5 years of product manager or project management experience in manufacturing industry, experience in MIM/CIM precision manufacturing, 3C electronic structural parts, automotive parts industry is preferred. Required Skills Familiar with precision manufacturing processes (MIM/CIM, stamping, machining, etc.), understand product structure design and mold development process; ability to read 2D/3D drawings, proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks and other design software is preferred. Complete NPI (New Product Introduction) experience, experience in leading mass production product projects with millions of units or more is preferred. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, ability to communicate with foreign customers without barriers is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and project management tools. Preferred Skills Experience in MIM/CIM precision manufacturing, 3C electronic structural parts, automotive parts industry is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
