Overview

Our organization is a prominent national platform dedicated to women's healthcare. We are currently looking for a Full-time Physician Assistant to join our affiliated practice located in Plantation, FL.

Position Highlights:

• Focus exclusively on outpatient GYN services
• Conduct routine GYN examinations, perform IUD insertions and removals, and manage all aspects of women's health
• Document patient histories and provide follow-up care
• Collaborate closely with physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Work independently in the office for two days each week
• Minimal phone consultations for office patients
• Conduct in-office procedures
• Manage a patient load of approximately 15 patients daily
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is mandatory

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting salary of $100,000

Requirements:

• National certification as a Physician Assistant or the ability to obtain it
• Active, unrestricted licensure in the state or the ability to secure it
• Current unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain one
• CPR, BLS, and NALS certifications or the ability to acquire them
• Skilled in assessing and developing treatment plans
• Strong communication skills with patients, team members, and management
• Preferred: At least one year of full-time experience as a Physician Assistant
