Citrix Engineer | Experienced Hire

Overview As a member of our Citrix Engineering team, you will own, maintain, and support high-volume, large-scale, highly available virtual application and desktop platforms used by traders, analysts, operations, and other corporate users in a fast-paced, global trading environment. This role will challenge you to find new ways to optimize our multi-site global Citrix environment to improve performance and user experience, applying strong troubleshooting and root-cause problem-solving skills. In this role, you will: Design, implement, manage, and support a global, on-premises Citrix infrastructure Provide direct support, response, and troubleshooting as issues arise Work closely with business and technology teams to understand how technology enables our trading and help implement new solutions or scale existing solutions Develop automation and observability tools to manage and monitor our dynamic and growing environment What sets this role apart: Collaboration is central to this role.
