About the Role:

As a Wound Care RN or LPN (Licensed Wound Care Professional) , you will be responsible for providing wound care services to our residents, including dressing changes, debridement, and other treatments. You will also be responsible for updating resident records, communicating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring that all wound care services are provided in accordance with our center's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide wound care services to residents, including dressing changes, debridement, and other treatments

• Update resident records and communicate with the interdisciplinary team

• Ensure that all wound care services are provided in accordance with our center's policies and procedures

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve wound care outcomes

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Illinois

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
