About the Role Under direct supervision, the Dairy Deli Frozen Clerk will provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service. The position will assist customers, clean display cases and shelves, and clean, fill and rotate the self‑serve displays within the Dairy Deli Frozen Department. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service in both Spanish and English. Read and write Spanish/English, and interact with the general public and coworkers. Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, and short correspondence. Write simple correspondence and present information in one‑on‑one or small group situations. Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds. Clean display cases, clean shelves, and maintain self‑serve displays. Use company computer systems and basic PC/Outlook skills. Qualifications Ability to read and write Spanish and English, interact with the public and coworkers. Strong reading comprehension of instructions and product information. Ability to write simple correspondence. Effective presentation skills in one‑on‑one and small group settings. Common‑sense application of written or oral instructions. Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds as required. Basic PC and Outlook skills (extra awesome).
