Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery / Mom Baby Unit position in Miles City, MT, requiring at least 1 year of L&D experience and an active MT or compact RN license.

Details

• Mom Baby Unit (L&D) in a hospital setting
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts (3 days per week, 36 hours per week)
• Epic EMR used for charting
• Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
• On-call may be required during regularly scheduled shifts

Requirements

• Active MT or compact RN license required — no pending license accepted
• Minimum 1 year of L&D / Mom Baby nursing experience required
• Required certifications (AHA only): BLS, ACLS, NRP, and/or PALS as appropriate for the unit — all must not expire prior to start date
• ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care including health teaching, counseling, and treatment support
• Executes delegated medical functions, monitors therapy and treatment plans, and documents per hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Refers patients as needed for further evaluation or treatment
• Permanent employees must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
