Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Wisconsin SLP License
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of student goals, sessions, and outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support strategies
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve student communication skills
