As a Leasing Consultant, you're more than just the first point of contact - you're the energy, the guide, and the problem-solver who helps people find their perfect space. What You'll Do: * Be the welcoming, professional face of our community - whether in person, on the phone, or online, making every interaction count! * Create genuine connections by truly listening to prospects and guiding them confidently to their perfect new home. * Lead fun, engaging tours that highlight our property's standout features and leave prospects excited to join the community. * Stay proactive with timely follow-ups that turn interested prospects into happy, satisfied residents. * Handle lease applications smoothly and accurately, ensuring a seamless move-in experience. * Collaborate closely with the management team to deliver clear resident communications, maintain daily reports, and power up marketing initiatives. * Keep our model and vacant apartments sparkling - always ready to impress and inspire. * Drive community buzz every day through creative marketing and outreach that puts us in the spotlight. * Jump in to assist residents with questions or concerns, making sure everyone feels heard, valued, and truly at home.
