Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Deliver personalized mental health care, conducting screenings, evaluations, and developing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. \n
- Facilitate psychotherapy sessions, including individual counseling and group therapy for children and families, employing psychoeducational techniques and therapeutic processes. \n
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, using electronic medical records to streamline communication and enhance client care. \n
- Collaborate actively with clients' families and multi-disciplinary teams, including schools, childcare providers, and community organizations, to establish a network of support that fosters client progress. \n
- Implement Trauma Informed Care principles and utilize culturally competent practices to address the diverse backgrounds of clients effectively. \n
- Engage in clinical supervision and quality assurance reviews, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and agency policies. \n
- Actively participate in training opportunities and continuing education to maintain licensure and stay abreast of best practices in mental health treatment. \n
Your work will primarily focus on serving individuals in various stages of mental wellness, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional, behavioral, and relational issues. By providing targeted therapy and support, you will help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and substance abuse, fostering positive outcomes and resilience in their lives.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution. \n
- An active independent license in the state of residence (LCSW, LMFT, LPC). \n
- Strong proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and digital communication tools. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. \n
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload, balancing the needs of clients while ensuring quality of care. \n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
