Key Responsibilities

• Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting , guiding the process from initial discussions to placement.
• Partner with Clients , deeply understanding their specific needs, challenges, and organizational culture.
• Strategically Source candidates utilizing our proprietary ATS and CRM, along with your existing professional connections.
• Utilize Our Technology to organize candidate management, track outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain structure.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that produce lasting benefits for clients and lucrative commissions for yourself.
