WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work with qualified CDL driver candidates

• Track required application and recruiting documentation

• Follow up with drivers regarding incomplete information

• Maintain accurate applicant records and status updates

• Coordinate recruiting next steps

• Help candidates understand application requirements

• Support recruiters with candidate progress and placement activity

• Maintain detailed notes and follow-up schedules

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent organization and attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Comfortable managing documents and online systems

• Ability to maintain multiple applicant files

• Familiarity with CDL hiring or transportation recruiting is helpful

• Recruiting, compliance, administrative, or logistics experience is valuable

• Strong follow-through and ability to work independently
