Sr Product/Program Manager
Seeking a Sr Product/Program Manager with a strong background in business process transformation, product ownership, and automation. Candidates should have experience translating business requirements into scalable solutions, managing cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation, and driving operational improvements. Strong Salesforce experience is required, along with exposure to agentic AI, workflow automation, and Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms such as Certinia/FinancialForce or similar technologies.
MUST HAVES:
- 5 years+ of experience
- Bachelors degree is required
- Requirements gathering
- Detailed process optimization and design
- Experience with professional services operations, automation, and business process transformation
- Salesforce experience
NICE TO HAVES:
- Certinia / FinancialForce experience preferred
- Experience with agentic AI, AI-enabled automation, or intelligent workflow solutions
Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $72.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
