This is an exciting opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys being hands-on, improving processes, partnering with leadership, and making an impact within a growing technology organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations while helping build scalable processes for the future. Join a growing software development company with an innovative and collaborative culture Hybrid flexibility with a strong work-life balance Opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help improve accounting processes Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams Competitive compensation and excellent benefits package Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial activities Lead month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and analyze financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash management activities Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial transactions Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiencies Partner with internal teams to support business growth and operational initiatives Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and financial reporting needs Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting team members Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Experience managing full-cycle accounting operations Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing team Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset Experience within a technology, software, SaaS, or high-growth environment is a plus Ideal Candidate: You are someone who enjoys more than just processing transactions, you like understanding the business, improving processes, and being a trusted accounting partner.
