To enhance customer satisfaction and retention, the full-time remote Client Success Specialist will manage customer communications, provide technical support, conduct legal research, and draft legal documents within the LegalTech sector. Key Responsibilities Receive and address user inquiries regarding services and account management Assist customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform and ensure proper administration Draft reports and legal documents tailored to customer requirements, ensuring quality and accuracy Required Qualifications Prior experience in customer success or a similar role is preferred Proficiency in drafting legal documents Familiarity with LegalTech concepts Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
