We Champion People.ResponsibilitiesThe Financial Analyst, FP&A is responsible for supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis to provide insights that inform business decisions. This role partners with department leaders, Accounting, Operations Finance, and senior Finance leadership to analyze financial performance, monitor key business drivers, and identify opportunities to improve financial and operational results.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis (budget vs. actual)Partner with department leaders to track spend against budget and identify cost-saving opportunitiesPrepare, review, and distribute financial reports to business stakeholdersSupport month-end close activities in coordination with the accounting teamEnsure data integrity across financial systems and reporting toolsSupport the annual budgeting process and periodic forecast updates across business unitsAnalyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunitiesAssist in preparing materials for executive and board-level presentationsDevelop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial modelsHelp maintain and improve financial reporting tools, templates, and processesAssist in process implementation and manage various initiatives from a financial perspectiveBuild and foster relationships throughout the organization, creating an environment of collaborationQualificationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required1-3 years' Finance or Accounting experienceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Word.Experience with Oracle EPM system and MS Dynamics 365 accounting system a plusExcellent communication skills, with ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong self-motivated team playerThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
