The FactorTrust team is a highly talented and results-driven organization responsible for the run-and-protect operations of the FactorTrust Bureau platform, while also spearheading cloud migration initiatives and new product development. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview and Core ResponsibilitiesLead FactorTrust Bureau fulfillment and back office applicationResponsible for full software development life cycle to deliver quality products on time and within budgetEnsure all technology practices adhere to Info Security and Compliance standard that are aligned with industry best practice and global TU security standardDesign, develop and implement enterprise scale solutions to support the organization’s business strategy and goalsTrack, analyze, and monitor technology performance metricsDrive application support, incident and change management process to meet both internal and external deadlinesWork with global corporate teams to implement global solutions for the local marketRequired Knowledge and ExperiencesBachelor degree in computer science, information technology or STEM field preferred. Relevant experience or degree in progress will be accepted in lieu of degree5+ years of Software Development experience with strong background in Microsoft technologies (.NET framework, SQL Servers)Knowledge, familiarity and hands-on experience in a wide suite of technologies including Strong .NET framework, Microsoft SQL Server, Google Cloud, Data, AI and Machine Learning, Agile, Automation, DevOpsExperience with Cloud services (GCP/Azure/AWS) or Kubernetes or DockerExperience with any relational database and one of the NoSQL database and Continuous Deployment, Infrastructure as Code, Automated Testing, Automated Configuration ManagementWe’re also looking for the preferred skills below.
