Hotel Front Desk Associate

Overview Step into a new opportunity as a Hotel Front Desk Associate, where you will handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, and help organize and maintain a tidy workspace. Additional duties include adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, coordinate with other departments when needed, manage simple records and enter information accurately, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, as well as work with supervisors to meet daily goals, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, learn company products and services to better assist others.
