Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Chief of Staff - this is an onsite role in San Francisco. Salary range: 165-225K USD base plus benefits plus equity.
We are building AGI for banking. We’re replacing decades-old legacy systems with AI-native technology that automates 90% of the manual work humans once had to do.
Our product is built upon responsible, compliant AI practices, including human-in-the-loop monitoring. Experience the future of lending for yourself!
We've been founded by banking industry and machine learning experts from Stanford University and are backed by industry veterans & top-tier venture capital investors, including: Peterson Ventures, Y Combinator, The Sarah Smith Fund, and Clocktower Technology Ventures.
We are looking for a Chief of Staff with 3+ years of experience to be the CEO's right hand during our most critical scaling phase. You'll be the glue that keeps our fast-moving team aligned and executing flawlessly as we build the future of lending.
What will you be doing?
- Manage CEO priorities and special projects, ensuring critical initiatives stay on track.
- Partner directly with the CEO on internal and external meetings and initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and communication, breaking down silos between teams.
- Lead internal projects that drive operational excellence, from implementing new systems to streamlining workflows.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of management consulting experience (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or strategic roles at high-growth tech companies.
- Proven ability to structure complex operational challenges and build scalable processes.
- Experience managing internal operations or in a chief of staff role at a high-growth company.
- Strong analytical skills, covering both quantitative and qualitative strategic thinking.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to coordinate across all levels of the organization.
