Clinical Manager (Licensed)

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Clinical Manager Job Summary A licensed behavioral health professional who meets all credentialing requirements and is in good standing with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. The Clinical Manager provides clinical supervision to licensed clinical staff, delivers required clinical trainings during New Employee orientation and throughout the year, and works with the Clinical Director to develop additional trainings. Responsibilities include scheduled and unscheduled clinical staffing, on‑call shifts, providing guidance and direction in accordance with CBI Clinical Policy and Procedure, state and federal requirements, and ethical standards. The Clinical Manager reviews Behavioral Health Assessments and Risk Assessments, gives feedback and BHP sign‑off, and collaborates with the Clinical Director and Clinical Operations team to ensure effective and efficient clinical programming and services in compliance with all applicable regulations and contract requirements. Education and Experience Required Master’s degree in a field related to behavioral health and licensed at the associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor. 1‑3 years of full‑time Behavioral Health Care related work experience, with exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred but not required. Licensure at the Associate or Independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor is required. Current Arizona driving license. Clear 39‑month motor vehicle record.
