MLR is looking for a full-time, permanent Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a highly collaborative healthcare team in New Mexico for a direct-hire opportunity!

Key Responsibilities for Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP):

• Provide comprehensive primary care services by diagnosing and treating a variety of acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages.
• This clinic-based position emphasizes patient-centered care in a supportive environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and medical histories.
• Work alongside physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Follow all state and federal healthcare laws and practice standards.

Qualifications for Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP):

• Completion of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.
• Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in New Mexico.
• National NP certification from ANCC or AANP is required.
• Current DEA certification is essential.
• Ideally, 1+ year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
