Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Company: Trova Group Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Location: Onsite – Plant and Distribution Center Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition; experience with Oracle ATS preferred Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹4 lakhs to ₹8 lakhs per year Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate recruitment activities for positions in our plant and distribution center. Schedule interviews and control candidate pipelines effectively, ensuring smooth progression from preliminary touch to hiring. Coordinate with hiring managers to define function requirements and provide recruitment insights. Serve as the number one point of contact for applicants, addressing inquiries via cellphone or in‑person. Deliver top‑notch customer support, ensuring a terrific candidate experience. Maintain organized recruitment documentation, ensuring all records are efficiently documented and up to date. Support additional administrative duties as required by the HR team. Use Oracle ATS or similar applicant tracking system to control candidate statistics, streamline workflows, and monitor requisition development. Update and maintain accurate data in the ATS for seamless reporting and compliance. Manage approximately 4‑5 requisitions simultaneously, meeting performance metrics, including completing a minimum of five phone screenings per day. Track recruitment metrics and timelines to govern performance. Qualifications Prior experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition, preferably in production or logistics settings. Familiarity with Oracle ATS or similar systems for applicant monitoring and recruitment workflows. Strong knowledge of employment compliance, especially interview compliance and truthful hiring practices. Soft Skills Strong organizational and multitasking competencies. Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English. Ability to provide outstanding customer support and deliver high‑quality candidate and employee interactions. Schedule Monday through Friday, with some flexibility in working hours based on business needs. Requires daily presence at the plant and distribution center.
