Treasury Analyst at perk. About the role The Treasury team manages liquidity and financial operations to ensure the business functions efficiently across all currencies. You will oversee cash management, bank relationships, and FX hedging strategies while driving automation to improve existing financial workflows. Key facts Location: Barcelona Engagement: Full-time Compensation: Competitive salary and equity ownership Team: Treasury What you'll do Monitor group liquidity and manage cash balances across various accounts and currencies. Execute short-term investments and borrowing activities. Manage operational and strategic FX hedging to maintain risk exposure within policy limits. Coordinate bank guarantees and serve as the primary contact for banking partners regarding KYC and account structures. Audit current treasury processes and implement automation to replace manual tasks. Create a monthly treasury dashboard tracking KPIs, cash forecasts, and FX exposure. Requirements Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. Minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury analysis. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Fluency in both English and Spanish. Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency cash management across different jurisdictions. Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills. Nice to have Experience working with or implementing treasury management systems, specifically ION Reval. Skills & tools Treasury Management Systems (ION Reval) MS Excel FX Risk Management Cash Forecasting Banking Operations and KYC Practical notes This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the Barcelona office. Employees are eligible for a four-week paid sabbatical after 5 years of service. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.
