Your Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
\n
• Maintain general ledger accuracy across multiple entities and projects
\n
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance
\n
• Prepare financial reports and analyze budget variances
\n
• Support AP, AR, payroll, and cash management activities
\n
• Assist with cash flow forecasting, lender reporting, and financing requests
\n
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes through technology and automation
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
\n
• Experience in general accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
\n
• Understanding of GAAP and financial statements
\n
• Construction, real estate, or job-cost accounting experience preferred
\n
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with accounting software
\n
• Interest in process improvement, technology, and automation
\n
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
\n
