EisnerAmper is seeking multiple AI Solution Architects who will serve as lead developers on the EisnerAI Platform, designing and implementing the technical architecture that powers EisnerAmper's intelligent solutions across tax, audit, outsourcing and advisory services. Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field6+ years of software development experience with 4+ years in AI/ML architecture role3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise-scale solutionsPreferred or Desired QualificationsMaster's degree preferred (Computer Science, AI/ML, or MBA with technical focus)Microsoft Azure AI Foundry: Deep expertise in Azure AI services ecosystemAzure Machine Learning: MLOps, model deployment, and lifecycle managementAzure OpenAI Service: GPT models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuningAzure Cognitive Services: Document Intelligence, Language Understanding, and Computer VisionAzure AI Search: Vector search, semantic search, and knowledge miningAzure Databricks: Data engineering and ML model developmentProgramming Languages: Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQLAI/ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, TransformersVector Databases: Azure Cosmos DB, Pinecone, or WeaviateDevOps & MLOps: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, KubernetesAbout EisnerAmper: EisnerAmper is one of the largest accounting, tax, and business advisory firms, with approximately 450 partners and 4,500 employees across the world.
