Lowe Product Manager

Position Overview As part of the talented Lowe Boats team, a Product Manager will gather, manage, and analyze consumer wants and behaviors, as well as competitive insights, to create usable strategies and tactics that drive industry‑leading solutions in the product portfolio. The role champions the customer through all phases of concept to launch, improves existing products and their value to the customer, and leverages all insight sources for new parts, components, designs, systems, and new boat models. The ideal candidate is a creative and collaborative leader ready to make an impact. Essential Functions Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits and translate this information into functional requirements. Assist with strategic portfolio management and product planning, leading the brand to new spaces and consumer opportunities. Determine product entry and exit decisions. Act as a liaison between Brand Management, Design, Engineering, Research & Development (R&D), Purchasing, Sales, and Manufacturing. Communicate up and down the organization and problem‑solve issues collaboratively. Manage vendor partnerships while considering budgets and customer ideals. Embrace diversity of thought and experience when imagining the unimaginable. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Management, or another research‑related field. 1–2 years of product management or new product development experience. Experience designing and executing customer‑focused research projects. Strong analytical and statistical technical skills to gather and summarize data to find solutions in product, messaging, and services. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Self‑starter capable of working independently and as part of a team, with proven attention to detail. Decisive: able to make fact‑based decisions. Preferred Qualifications Boating or recreational industry experience. Ability to travel approximately 25–50%, with overnight stays, as business needs require. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $84,500 – $136,100 annually. Base pay varies based on qualifications and business context. The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
