Job Description
Faculty position at highly-regarded university! A major, highly-regarded university affiliated with one of New York City's largest hospital systems is seeking a full-time General/Adult Psychiatrist that has experience with schizophrenia for faculty position with inpatient responsibilities.
This environment encourages academic pursuits, and is especially interested in those psychiatrists who enjoy teaching and/or research. Psychiatrists generally stay with this organization for years, and this vacancy is due to a retirement. To be considered, a psychiatrist must be board certified (or board eligible less than 2 years) and hold, or be eligible for, a NYS medical license. Those holding H1B visas will be considered. Located just 20 minutes from Manhattan, this community offers a great lifestyle, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. This job pays 285-300k per year.
