- 7 on / 7 off schedule providing excellent work-life balance
- Work in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with 2 da Vinci Xi surgical robots
- All urology subspecialties are welcome
- Low call burden, primarily telephone-only
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
