Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper role based in Hereford, TX. The Bookkeeper will record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including posting journal entries, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining general ledgers. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, assisting with budget tracking, and supporting periodic audits and reporting requirements. The role also involves working with accounting software to ensure accurate data entry, maintaining organized financial records, and collaborating with other staff to address financial inquiries and provide timely information to management. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Bookkeeping and Finance to manage day-to-day financial activities and support accurate recordkeeping. Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements to support reporting, audits, and decision-making. Candidates should possess skills in Accounting Software to enter, track, and reconcile financial data efficiently. Candidates should possess skills in Journal Entries (Accounting) to maintain accurate ledgers and support month-end and year-end closing processes. Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, strong organizational and time-management skills, and effective communication with team members and external stakeholders.
