Relationship Banker

Role: The Relationship Banker acts as a trusted advisor, engaging clients through consultative conversations to understand and meet their financial goals. Responsibilities Drive growth by promoting and selling bank products such as deposit accounts, loans, and lines of credit. Provide personalized financial advice, identify referral opportunities, and conduct proactive client outreach. Support client experience by delivering excellent service, managing transactions, and resolving issues promptly. Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and risk management procedures. Assist with operational tasks, training new associates, and maintaining audit controls. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce. Certifications: None required; compliance with S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act is necessary.
