Cost Manager & Senior Cost Manager / San Francisco Bay Area

Capstone is working with a leading cost consultancy that is expanding its San Francisco Bay Area team, following a series of major project wins. They are now seeking Senior Cost Managers to support a long-term, high-value redevelopment programme for a blue‑chip client. The role sits within a growing delivery team working across a large, multi‑asset campus, including commercial office, life sciences, and complex technical buildings, with individual schemes valued up to $600m+. The team is forecast to grow significantly over the coming years, offering genuine progression opportunities for early joiners. This opportunity is suitable for both US-based professionals and Quantity Surveyors relocating from the UK or Australia.
