Job: IT Director

Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field required 5+ years of IT management experience, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environments Demonstrated understanding of CMMC/NIST cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance Proven experience managing infrastructure, cloud environments, and network security Familiarity with DoD CMMC compliance and NIST framework Strong track record in strategic planning, budgeting, and vendor management Excellent project management and people leadership skills Ability to travel up to 25% to support remote operations or partner sites Strong communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels This position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization Desired Skills Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or hybrid environments Prior leadership in a multi-site or manufacturing environment Contract Specialties Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
