Key Accountabilities
* Deliver friendly, professional customer service that reflects Associated
Bank’s brand promise.
* Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions while following all
policies and procedures.
* Identify customer needs and refer them to colleagues for additional financial
solutions.
- Promote current offers, products, and services that benefit customers.
- Answer questions and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Support daily branch operations, including servicing vaults, night drops, and
ATMs as assigned.
- Demonstrate and educate customers on digital and self-service banking tools.
- Collaborate with team members across multiple branches to ensure seamless
service.
Education & Experience
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Up to 2 years of demonstrated customer service experience
Preferred
* Experience in retail banking, cash handling, or financial services
