Agritek Recruiting is recruiting a Office/Shipping Assistant for a established seed company in the Bloomington IL area. This is a full-time opportunity with an established employer that values safety teamwork and taking care of its customers. It is a strong fit for someone with a background in agriculture who wants steady work close to home in rural Illinois.

What youll do:

Coordinate daily operations scheduling and office administration
Process orders invoices inventory records and shipping documents
Serve as a point of contact for customers vendors and staff
Maintain accurate records in company systems and spreadsheets
Support management with reporting and special projects

What were looking for:

Office operations or administrative experience; ag industry a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office/Excel and business software
Organized detail-oriented and a strong communicator
Able to manage multiple priorities
