Job Description:
The Hospice team supports patients and family members through the final stages of their illness at a 12-bed inpatient facility in Albany. They provide symptom management, respite care, nursing care, and various support services tailored to patient and family needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient symptoms and provide nursing care.
- Offer emotional and spiritual support to patients and families.
Requirements:
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
- BSN and/or prior experience in HH/Hospice or case management preferred.
- Broad-based nursing experience preferred.
