Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.

Monday-Friday: hours vary.

Description:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team in Rock Valley, IA, as a Production Operator. This position supports daily manufacturing and production operations by assisting with assembly, materials, packaging, quality checks, and general production tasks. The ideal candidate must be dependable, punctual, willing to learn, and able to safely follow written and verbal instructions in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production, assembly, and manufacturing tasks
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and supplies
• Operate basic equipment and hand tools as trained
• Follow production instructions and safety procedures
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues
• Package and label finished products
• Move materials and supplies as needed
• Assist machine operators and other production team members
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all required PPE and workplace safety requirements
• Perform other production duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be dependable and punctual
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be willing to learn and work as part of a team
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements, bending, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Must be able to safely work in a manufacturing environment
• Closed-toe work shoes or boots required; steel-toe boots are not required
• Must meet background requirements
