General Manager - Retail Garden Center Operations

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-volume retail garden center while helping lead the continued growth of a customer-focused retail environment. This is a senior leadership opportunity with broad responsibility across store operations, merchandising, staffing, customer experience, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on retail leader who can think strategically while also driving execution at the floor level. You will work closely with ownership to strengthen operational consistency, improve the customer experience, and build scalable systems that support long-term growth and profitability.
