We're looking for an experienced Pega Developer with 10 years under their belt to lead the charge in designing, developing, and optimizing business process management (BPM) solutions. As a Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), you'll bring your expertise in Pega PRPC—specifically version 8.6 and above—to deliver scalable, high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Pega solutions using Pega PRPC 8.6 or higher, adhering to best practices.
• Utilize your strong knowledge of Services (SOAP, REST) and Connectors to integrate Pega applications with external systems flawlessly.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to turn requirements into actionable technical designs.
• Optimize workflows, case management, and rules to boost system performance and enhance user satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, keeping systems running smoothly with minimal disruption.

Mandatory Skills:

• Expertise in Pega PRPC 8.6 and above, including case management, rules engine, and UI development.
• Strong proficiency in configuring and implementing Pega Services and Connectors for seamless integrations.

Optional Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience with Splunk for monitoring and analytics.
• Knowledge of MongoDB for NoSQL database management.
• Familiarity with Oracle database systems and SQL.
