Bilingual Customer Service Representative | Alpharetta, GA

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service career while gaining experience across multiple business areas, including Customer Service, Collections, Recovery Support, and Dealer Services.

Location: Alpharetta, GA | Fully On-Site

Pay: $21.50/hour for Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Open availability required between 8:00 AM–9:00 PM | Occasional Saturday shifts based on business needs

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls

• Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution

• Accurately document customer interactions and update account information

• Navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with customers

• Utilize dual monitors and various internal applications to manage customer accounts

• Meet department performance, quality, and productivity goals

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information

• Provide professional and positive customer experiences on every interaction

• Adapt to changing business needs and support various departments through cross-training opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience required

• Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, banking, healthcare, automotive, financial services, call center, or other customer-facing environments

• Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities

• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn multiple systems

• Ability to multitask while speaking with customers and accurately entering information

• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

• Flexibility to work rotating schedules based on business needs
