Assistant Manager

At least 1 year of prior medical experience is requested.
Responsibilities
Assist in supervising daily office operations, ensuring all processes run seamlessly and efficiently
Processing and tracking Prior Authorizations
Payroll processing
Processing Daily balance patient payments
Handle front desk duties and Medical assisting as needed such as greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and maintaining a professional office environment
Updating demographics in EMR system -ONCO by Flatiron
Backing up Financial Coordinator as needed
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in filing, recordkeeping
