Following a recent rebrand, the company is investing in a more focused go-to-market strategy, helping enterprise customers solve complex business challenges through Data & Analytics, AI, and technology-led transformation.

As part of this growth journey, our client is expanding its sales team who can take a differentiated AI and Data & Analytics value proposition to BFSI customers, build trusted executive relationships, and drive sustainable account growth.

This is an opportunity for sales professionals who understand how to position business outcomes and can translate emerging AI capabilities into meaningful enterprise opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new-logo opportunities within the BFSI sector, building a strong pipeline of enterprise customers.
• Grow Strategic Accounts: Develop and expand existing client relationships, identify whitespace opportunities, and drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling.
• Own the Sales Lifecycle: Lead opportunity identification, qualification, consultative discussions, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and deal closure in collaboration with delivery and solution teams.
• Develop Go-to-Market Strategies: Identify emerging BFSI opportunities, understand market trends, and develop account plans aligned with the companys focused AI and Data & Analytics offerings.
• Drive Revenue and Pipeline Growth: Own sales targets, maintain a healthy pipeline, and deliver against bookings, revenue, and account expansion objectives.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with pre-sales, solution architecture, delivery, and leadership teams to develop differentiated proposals and ensure alignment between customer needs and service capabilities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5–15 years of experience in enterprise technology services sales, business development, client partnership, or strategic account management.
• Strong experience working with BFSI customers, including banks, insurance companies, financial services firms, or other regulated financial institutions.
• A demonstrated track record of acquiring new logos, growing strategic accounts, or ideally combining both capabilities.
• Experience engaging senior decision makers and building relationships across business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong consultative selling, opportunity development, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to articulate a focused value proposition in terms of business impact, operational efficiency, risk management, customer experience, or revenue growth.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, account plans, and revenue targets.
