Our organization is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to become part of our dedicated nursing team in Cooperstown, NY.

Exciting news! We have increased our pay rates! Enjoy a $0.75 shift differential for evening shifts!

We are also offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

DUTIES:

• Gathering necessary information from new residents for admission.

• Documenting residents' health information, including vital signs and temperature.

• Administering medications and injections to residents as required.

• Providing treatment and dressing for wounds and bedsores as necessary.

• May be responsible for overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

• Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene needs.

• Monitoring residents’ food and fluid intake and output.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Current and valid LPN state license.

• Must maintain good standing with the State Registry.
