Job Summary

As a Packaging Associate & Warehouse Assistant , you'll play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations—ensuring that our all-natural products are carefully packaged, accurately labeled, and shipped on time. You’ll work in a clean, organized environment where attention to detail, reliability, and pride in your work are key.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging (Primary Focus – 70%)

• Weigh, count, and portion all-natural dog chews and treats into branded packaging
• Seal, label, and batch-package products according to company standards
• Inspect products for quality and consistency before packaging
• Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently with minimal waste
• Follow safety, hygiene, and food handling standards (FDA, USDA compliance where applicable)

Warehouse Support (30%)

• Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory
• Pick and pack customer orders for fulfillment (DTC and wholesale)
• Assist in stock counts and inventory management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Load and unload shipments as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in packaging, fulfillment, or warehouse operations is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable working with natural animal products (e.g., bully sticks, bones, organs)
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Bilingual (Spanish Preferred)
