Install, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems on commercial vehicles. Experience with PTO systems, pumps, and cylinders preferred. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years hydraulic systems experience Basic electrical troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs Professional attitude and communication skills Responsibilities Install hydraulic systems on customer vehicles Diagnose and repair hydraulic system issues Perform preventive maintenance services Maintain accurate service records Provide technical support to customers Follow all safety protocols and procedures Customer service role managing parts inventory, processing orders, and assisting customers with parts identification and selection. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years customer service experience Basic computer and inventory skillsAttention to detail Communication and organizational skills Mechanical aptitude preferred Responsibilities Process parts orders and customer requests Maintain accurate inventory records Assist customers with parts selection Coordinate with vendors and suppliers Support service technicians Handle warranty claims and returns Interface between customers and service technicians, managing service appointments, estimates, and customer communications.
