12hrs. +Rotating Weekends

Part-Time Day. Part-Time & Full-Time Evenings. Part-Time Night

About the Role:

• Provide direct patient care to residents in our senior living community, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care transitions and address concerns

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a safe and clean environment

Responsibilities:

• Assess and document resident needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate dosing and timing

• Counsel and educate residents and families on health-related topics, promoting independence and empowerment

• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Ability to lift and stand for extended periods

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on resident-centered care
