PhlebotomistLocation: Coos Bay, OR Start: 7/28/2026 Shift Notes: 4am- 12:30 pm Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend On Call Requirements: None Gross weekly: $1450/40 hoursRequirements: Registered as a Certified Laboratory Phlebotomist with a national certification or ASCP certification- [REQUIRED] EPIC Beaker LIS - Pediatric heel stick and venipuncture experience- [REQUIRED] Working knowledge of, but not limited to: HIS and LIS computer Systems and related equipment, 5-line telephone, Vacutainer System-syringes, butterfly needles, safety needles, finger-heelstick devices, autoclave and bar code printers- [preferred]Duties: Obtains blood specimens, in a courteous and professional manner, from patients of all age ranges. Will also need to be able to do clerical work.
