CRNA - Quad Cities Area, Illinois

Location: Silvis, Illinois | Employment Type: Full-Time, 1099 | Compensation: $375,000

The Opportunity

A well-established, independent anesthesia group in the Quad Cities area of Illinois is seeking an experienced CRNA to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned CRNA who values clinical autonomy, exceptional compensation, and true work-life balance. You will work independently across a full-service hospital, two ambulatory surgery centers, and a GI suite - with the option to pick up voluntary call for additional income on your own terms. With 8 weeks off annually and a Monday through Friday schedule, this position offers the professional freedom and financial rewards that experienced CRNAs deserve.

• Location: Silvis, Illinois - Quad Cities Area (Iowa border)
• Employment Type: Full-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor
• Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8 to 10 hour shifts
• No mandatory call - no nights - no weekends
• Voluntary call available for additional earning potential
• Practice Model: Independent - no supervision
• Licenses Required: Illinois CRNA license required; Iowa license a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation

• Base Compensation: $375,000 annually
• Additional Income: Voluntary call available to earn above base
• Vacation: 8 weeks off annually
• Employment Structure: 1099 independent contractor

Practice Coverage

• Full-service community hospital
• Two ambulatory surgery centers
• GI suite
• Optional coverage in Iowa for additional earning potential

Case Mix

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Urology
• OB - epidurals and spinals required
• No cardiac cases
• No neuro/spine cases

Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification - required
• Experienced CRNAs only - this is an independent practice position
• Active Illinois CRNA license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Iowa CRNA license a plus - or willingness to obtain
• Proficiency with epidurals and spinals - required
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to independent, autonomous practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
