Job Summary SR STAFF ENTERPRISE PROGRAM MANAGER at Insulet
- Position Focus: Lead the Global Website Redesign program, managing multiple workstreams (development, content, UX) for launches worldwide.
- Program Delivery: Oversee enterprise-wide program delivery using structured planning, execution, and control methodologies.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Guide and coordinate teams across Agile Solution Delivery trains and multiple business functions.
- Program Planning: Build and maintain detailed integrated program plans, schedules (Gantt charts), and RAIDE registers (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Escalations).
- Agile Integration: Maintain schedules and dependencies aligned with Agile teams, ARTs, and PI plans.
- Team Leadership: Lead program core teams, provide direction, and ensure conformance to design control and regulatory procedures.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and escalate program risks and issues; develop and assess mitigation strategies.
- Problem Solving: Support product managers with scenario analysis and problem resolution for change requests.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate program status, issues, and impacts to senior leaders and stakeholders; influence program timelines and decisions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory agency standards, company quality standards, and corporate policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement, team development, and foster a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Decision Rights: Own and maintain a 24-month program schedule, oversee timelines/budgets, and manage change control.
- Required Experience:
- 10+ years in technical roles, 10-12 years in program management, 5-7 years managing/developing people.
- Experience with medical device program management, Agile transformation, and launching complex hardware/software/cloud products.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Agile certification and project management certification preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS 365 Suite, Smartsheet, Miro, SharePoint, and knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, SAP, Okta, Mulesoft, Arena, Clarity, Polarion, Drupal.
- Leadership Attributes: Strong influence, strategic orientation, collaboration, results-driven, business planning, and proven team leadership skills.
- Contract Details: Remote (preferably East Coast/MA), 6+ months, $65/hr W2, USC/GC only.
- Other Requirements: Must provide references, visa copy (for GC), detailed education history, and LinkedIn profile.
