Role Description

We're seeking Production Assembly Associates to support our manufacturing operations by assembling products, preparing materials, and ensuring finished goods meet quality and safety standards. This hands-on role is essential to keeping production running smoothly.

This position is based at our Burlington, NJ Manufacturing and Warehouse Facility and follows a MondayThursday schedule with 10-hour shifts.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble components according to work instructions and production standards
• Prepare, measure, and stage materials needed for assembly
• Load and unload materials from workstations as needed
• Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Pack completed units for shipment
• Follow all safety, quality, and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No prior assembly experience required full training provided

Additional Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Comfortable using manual or power tools (training provided)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction
