We foster a supportive, high-performance environment that promotes career growth and client-first care.Full-TimeNumber of Openings: 1Pay Rate: $18- $20 per hour plus commissions per sales performanceDescription: The Medical Assistant role requires solid people skills as MA's are required to navigate relationships with the medical team, clients and other departmental teams. The MA will have an active role in the sales process and must have the ability to upsell and generate revenue. Budget: $18 - $20 per hour plus commissions per sales performance. Key Performance Indicators: Reach sales goals as set by Spa management. Core Functions: Welcomes clients by greeting them in person. Verify client information regarding medical history. Explaining treatment procedures to patients. Preparing patients for examinations. Assisting the Provider's during consultations. Preparing and administering shots, including by intramuscular, intradermal, and subcutaneous injections—as directed by a physician or other licensed provider (e.g., a nurse practitioner or physician assistant). Assist Provider with Sales of services and products. Be knowledgeable on all products and procedures that are offered in the office, including skincare products. Must be able to work weekends. Must be able to work some holidays. Bi-lingual Spanish speaking a plus. Must be able to type 35 wps.
