Metal Shop Helper Looking for a steady manufacturing role with built-in days off? Twin City Staffing is hiring metal shop helpers for a growing, highly reputable company in Rogers! This full-time opportunity features a rotating 12-hour schedule, allowing you to enjoy long weekends every other week. Whether you prefer day or night shifts, we have an immediate opening for you. Location: Rogers, MN Wage: Day Shift: $20.00/hr. Night Shift: $21.00/hr. Hours: Day Shift: 9:00 AM 9:00 PM | Night Shift: 9:00 PM 9:00 AM Rotating Schedule: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Benefits of the metal shop helper: Health, dental, and vision insurance Disability and life insurance Built-in days off every other week Team-oriented work environment Weekly pay Duties of the metal shop helper: Rack and un-rack metal parts Load and unload parts from furnaces Grind and polish metal components Wipe down and clean finished parts Inspect products for quality control Package completed items for shipment Requirements of the metal shop helper: Ability to stand for extended periods Capability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
