Metal Shop Helper
Looking for a steady manufacturing role with built-in days off? Twin City Staffing is hiring metal shop helpers for a growing, highly reputable company in Rogers! This full-time opportunity features a rotating 12-hour schedule, allowing you to enjoy long weekends every other week. Whether you prefer day or night shifts, we have an immediate opening for you.
Location: Rogers, MN Wage:
Day Shift: $20.00/hr.
Night Shift: $21.00/hr.
Hours: Day Shift: 9:00 AM 9:00 PM | Night Shift: 9:00 PM 9:00 AM Rotating Schedule:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday

Duties of the metal shop helper:
- Rack and un-rack metal parts
- Load and unload parts from furnaces
- Grind and polish metal components
- Wipe down and clean finished parts
- Inspect products for quality control
- Package completed items for shipment
Requirements of the metal shop helper:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Steel-toe boots are required
